The only reason why I use a form instead of regular email is to prevent spambots from collecting my email address. I get enough spam on my other accounts already, thank you very much.
Before you contact me, please make sure you're not writing about anything that has already been covered in the help files.
Also, please use proper English with proper spelling and grammar and punctuation. Why?
1. English is not my first language and I really have a hard time understanding the so-called netspeak or variations thereof. If you want me to actually get what you are trying to tell me, please talk to me in a civilized manner.
2. It makes you look more intelligent.
I reserve the right to ignore any email that does not fit the above criteria.
